All DataPhysics Instruments products have a warranty of 2 years. If a malfunction occurs you can be sure that we will prioritise providing a rapid solution to your problem. Our hotline ensures the most efficient support. Our team of professionals will help you with all questions on instrument, software and/or computer configuration to ensure that you are up and running as soon as possible. In most cases an onsite service visit can be avoided by a detailed discussion on telephone or through our remote access option via the internet. You also have the option to contact us via the contact form. We will come back to you as soon as possible or will forward your request to the responsible representative in your country.
