dpiMAX is software that can be tailored to your individual requirements. You can select your preferred language, zoom the user interface to the optimal size for your screen, and work with the substance names commonly used in your laboratory. dpiMAX is compatible with Windows 11.

The clearly structured user interface of the dpiMAX software guides the user through all measurement and evaluation processes.

Simple operation and powerful capabilities

dpiMAX is a software that can be used by anyone, regardless of their level of expertise. Beginners can be easily guided through the measurement process and only the most important settings are shown to them. Experienced scientists, on the other hand, benefit from the ability to set and save many parameters for complex measurements as repeatable procedures.

It is, of course, also possible to import and export measurement and analysis data, as well as images and videos. dpiMAX offers a particularly useful function for clearly presenting measurement results graphically: images and videos can be exported together with the evaluation lines and labels generated by the software.

dpiMAX – The Software Companion for the ZPA 20 Zeta Potential Analyzer

The dpiMAX software is used to control and evaluate measurement data from the ZPA 20 zeta potential analyzer. The software's measurement methods guide users through creating individual measurements and complex titration experiments.

During the experiment, live graphs of all the measured values are displayed, including the streaming potential, applied pressure, conductivity, pH value and temperature. The zeta potential is also calculated and displayed directly. When a measuring cell is used for plate-shaped samples, the software calculates the gap width according to the Hagen–Poiseuille equation.

For projects involving variable pH values, the software calculates the necessary titration volumes and controls an optional liquid dosing system. This enables the entire dosing, mixing and measuring process to be fully automated, allowing the isoelectric point of the material to be determined directly.

Measurement methods for the ZPA 20 Zeta Potential Analyzer

The dpiMAX software for the Zeta Potential Analyzer ZPA 20 enables various measurements to be performed. These include streaming potential and streaming current measurements in unidirectional and bidirectional modes, and isoelectric point determination. Measurements can be carried out using the appropriate measuring cells for the following materials, among others:
